As a Holy Fire Reiki Master Teacher, a registered nurse, and a mother who has walked through the stress of a high-risk pregnancy myself, I understand how deeply this path can touch every part of your being—your body, your mind, and your heart. I’ve spent years working in labor and delivery, teaching childbirth classes, and supporting women with high-risk pregnancies, but I’ve also lived the emotional ups and downs myself.

My heart’s intention is to create a safe, nurturing space where you can rest, release stress, and reconnect with your own inner strength and hope.
