If you want a more personalized experience, consider scheduling private sessions. I can teach and guide you through meditation based your specific needs and comfort levels. I offer Private Meditation Sessions in my Coral Gables office or via Zoom. Both programs are a series of four classes.

Stress Reduction Meditation Classes
The Stress Reduction Meditation Program will lay a solid foundation for you, enabling you to acquire all of the benefits meditation has to offer. I am committed to offering the tools, techniques and support you need as you develop your meditation skills.
This program includes three month access to a 30-day Meditation Instruction app created by Peggy Gaines, RN. This app is designed to give you support as you begin to incorporate the practice of meditation into your life on a daily basis.
This is a series of four classes available in-person or via Zoom.

Brain Health Meditation Classes
The thought of Memory loss and Alzheimer’s is frightening. Today Alzheimer’s affects 5.4 million Americans. In the next 30 years it is expected to increase to 16 million. 1:6 women will develop Alzheimer’s Disease. In the overall population, 1:3 people over 85 years old will suffer from Alzheimer's Disease.
In the Brain Longevity class you will learn the Kirtan Kriya meditation which has been shown to increase the cerebral blood flow, reverse memory loss and decrease anxiety and depression. You will also learn the best practices to create positive lifestyle choices to prevent or delay the onset of Alzheimer’s Disease.
This is a 90 minute class available in-person or via Zoom.
