This is a sacred space for those who want to elevate their perception of the world, shift their inner awareness and experience more peace and harmony in daily life. Through guided meditation we focus on transforming from within so we can radiate clarity, compassion and calm into the world around us.

If you want a more personalized experience, consider scheduling private sessions. I can teach and guide you through meditation based your specific needs and comfort levels. I offer Private Meditation Sessions in my Coral Gables office or via Zoom. Both programs are a series of four classes.
